Terms and conditions MILO MARE APARTAMENTS

Dear visitors !

We kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the rules of our flats.

  1. The rules and regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of Milo Mare Apartaments.
  2. The stay at Milo Mare Apartaments starts at 15.00 on the first day of booking and ends at 10.00 on the last day. In special cases it is possible to arrange other arrival and departure times for Guests.
  3. Handover and return of the flat takes place in the presence of an authorised person , always in the flat.
  4. In order to make a reservation, a deposit, amounting to 20% of the fee due, must be paid by bank transfer to the bank account indicated. Failure to pay the deposit within three days of a telephone or e-mail reservation will result in cancellation of the reservation. In the event of cancellation 14 days before the arrival date or shortening the stay, the deposit paid is included in the operating costs and is non-refundable. The remaining amount due for the stay must be paid no later than on the day of arrival.
  5. The possibility of carrying out the cancellation without the Guest incurring a financial charge only exists if the Guest indicates another Client for the same flat and on the same date.
  6. Clients are required to check in immediately upon arrival. In order to confirm identity - the Guest is obliged to show a document with a photograph.
  7. Climatic fees in health resorts, seaside resorts, introduced by a decision of the municipal authorities (Mielno municipality) must be paid by the client on the day of arrival.
  8. It is possible to receive a VAT invoice for your stay at Milo Mare Apartaments.
  9. The client may not transfer the flat to other persons, even if the period for which he or she has paid the due stay fee has not expired.
  10. Curfew is in force from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. . During the curfew please behave in such a way as not to disturb other Guests.
  11. Visits by non-registered persons to Milo Mare Apartaments must be arranged in advance with the owner.
  12.  The owner may refuse to provide further services to persons who violate the order and rules of the facility while staying there. In such situations, he may require them to leave immediately without refunding the fee paid for their stay.
  13. The owners of the facility are not responsible for any valuables or money left in the flats, or for loss or damage to a car or other vehicle belonging to a Guest.
  14. Dla celów bezpieczeństwa i komfortu Gości w apartamentach Milo Mare obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenie papierosów i wszelkich wyrobów w tym papierosów elektronicznych w apartamentach i innych pomieszczeniach obiektu Milo Mare Apartaments jest zabronione. Osoby palące, mogą palić na zewnątrz budynku.
    Fish frying is strictly prohibited in the flats.
  15. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of Milo Mare Apartaments caused by him or his visitors. In the event of damage, the Milo Mare Apartaments facility staff must be notified immediately.
  16.  Due to the changeability of the weather and the occurrence of strong winds, we ask you to keep the windows closed while you are away. In addition, we ask you to carefully lock the front door each time you leave the flat and to carefully store your keys without access by unauthorised persons. The loss of keys will result in the Client incurring costs in the amount of PLN 100.
  17. If, during your stay, you are dissatisfied with the quality of service or for any other reason dependent on the Milo Mare Apartaments staff, please report this immediately so that we can resolve the problem.
  18. Personal belongings left by the departing Guest in the flat will be sent back to the indicated address at the Client's expense. If no such instruction is received, the items will be stored for a period of 1 month.
  19. During June - August, bookings are only accepted for a minimum of 5-6 nights.
  20. We do not provide any information about our guests' personal data to outsiders.
  21. Making a booking is tantamount to accepting these terms and conditions.
  22. For families with children, a travel cot and feeding stand are available for hire.
  23. We do not accept pets.
